Effective Altruism Workshop

Giving game, the life you can save.

Hosted by Joan Gass, The Life You Can Save will give each participant £10 for them to choose where to donate between a variety of featured nonprofits. The Life You Can Save's mission is to help change the culture of giving in affluent countries and increase donations to nonprofits that dramatically improve the lives of people in extreme poverty. During the Giving Game, you will hear presentations on some amazing nonprofits doing very different but critically important work. Join us to discuss and learn how each of us can make our donations go as far as possible.
